Influential Women and Youths Green Home (IWYGHO) is a non-profit organization based on Kabul that was established on 24th November of 2017. We work in three departments of Social and Culture, Economic and Environment departments. IWYGHO with believes in freedom, democracy and human rights works toward achieving sustainable development goals, peaceful society free of violence, discrimination and corruption. Since its establishment, IWYGHO worked for environmental protection, bridging negotiations between people and authorities, youth empowerment, violence reduction, fighting against radicalism, promoting tolerance and respect for diversity in different provinces of Afghanistan.

Poverty eradication and employment opportunity for economic development: work for capacity building, strengthening specialised skills, employment opportunities and support women and youths’ initiations.
Ms. Zahra Yagana is the Founder and CEO of the Green Home Organization. She is a Bachelor of law and political science was born in Herat province. She has worked 15 years as a Civil society activist, Environmental Activists, General Manager, Project Manager, Consultant, and Country coordinator in several Governmental, Non-Governmental and International Organization.
Hassan Kayhan Deputy Director of Green Home Organization is Bachelor of Agriculture from Balkh University. Mr. Kayhan during his study had worked as research assistant and manager of quality insurance And he was an active youth in the civil society. After graduation, he had worked as a project assistant, project coordinator and deputy director. Also, Mr. Kayhan is one of the young people active in civil and human rights field in the country.
